Properties are freehold and are owned and sold by individuals (not by the site owners). You should go through the usual channels to find chalets for sale. We suggest you talk to the vendor and estate agent, and visit the property.
Plas Panteidal Estate Management Ltd, uses the annual rent charge (issued to all properties) to arrange for the repairs and improvements needed on site to be done in stages over time.
